Steps for Custom Date Planning
Think of me as your own personal assistant. Here to ensure you have the best time possible. Let me handle the stress of planning, so you can go and enjoy yourself.
Upon booking, you will receive a Questionnaire link. Please fill this out and return it as soon as possible.
Once I have the completed Questionnaire, you will receive an email to schedule a 30-minute phone call or video consult. I will use this time to discuss additional information and questions.
Within 48 hours after your consultation, you will receive two customized itineraries. Each will include multiple locations to ensure you enjoy the magic around Orlando.
Then you pick your favorite plan, and I take care of all the reservations.

Does the price of any package include food, drink, or entry fee?
- Pricing only includes professional planning services. Additional costs are not included.
How far in advance do I need to book?
- Everyone wants to have time on their side, and I understand that is not always the case. It is always beneficial for my clients to give me as much time as they can. Special requests may require additional time. Although I try to make magic, I do not have any yet. Contact me if you have any specific requests.
How do you customize my package?
- As a local to Orlando for over 20 years, I know the secret spots to elevate your experience. These customized itineraries are inspired by your questionnaire and consultation. I've been told the hardest part of this process is deciding which itinerary to pick.
What do I do if I am not satisfied with either of the itineraries?
- In the event you are dissatisfied please contact us. Although we do not offer refunds on packages that have been delivered. We will do our best to accommodate you.
